The CoACH Care Center
(Coordinating Action for Children’s Health)

The CoACH Care Center is a not-for-profit children’s care center. Founded by parents of medically fragile children, the center's “CoACH Approach” offers a continuum of care through care coordination, training and direct patient care services at CoACH Care Center on our Naperville, Illinois campus.

CoACH Care Center's mission is to serve and promote a better quality of life for children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN) and their families within their community. The Not-for-Profit organization, founded in 1992, depends on donations and grants to continue it's effort to care for children and families.
